Save the Dates! Syracuse Area Music Awards – March 6-7, 2025
The Sammys Board is pleased to announce the 2025 Syracuse Area Music Awards Hall of Fame Dinner and Awards Show. The SAMMYS Hall of Fame Dinner will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, and the Award Show will be on Friday, March 7, 2025. The Award Show will include musical performances by area artists/bands. Awards will be presented in 12 recording categories, in addition to the People’s Choice awards in four categories, Brian Bourke Award for Best New Artist, Jack O Bocchino Spirit of the Sammys Award, and our Community Spirit Award.
New Syracuse Area Music Awards Facebook Page
We wanted to take a moment to inform you of a situation that has affected the administration of the Syracuse Area Music Awards Facebook page. Earlier this year, our admin’s Facebook page was hacked and then subsequently disabled by Facebook. Unfortunately, this resulted in the loss of administrative access to our Facebook page. Despite numerous efforts to resolve the issue with Facebook, we have been unable to regain full control.
After working hard behind the scenes to find a solution, and exhausting all other options, we’ve made the decision to create a new official Syracuse Area Music Awards page. This is where we will continue to keep you updated with all the exciting news, events, and content from the SAMMYS.
